An oil mill has stood on the Producers Cooperative Oil Mill site south of Bricktown at 6 SE Fourth St. for more than 100 years. On the market for $120 million, the 43-acre chunk of land is now a contender for the site of a new, $280 million downtown convention center that is part of MAPS 3.
