OKLAHOMA CITY - Requiring voters to present a photo ID will result either in longer lines at polling places or more expensive elections, members of the House Rules Committee were told Wednesday.

State Rep. Sue Tibbs, R-Tulsa, said she filed House Bill 2956 to restore the public's confidence in the voting system.
