University of Oklahoma, I2e Inc. Partner in Commercializing Technology

Summary


The University of Oklahoma and the entrepreneurial consulting agency i2E Inc. have signed an agreement to collaborate on more efficient technology transfer and commercialization efforts, officials said.

The agreement strengthens a relationship that has already existed for years between the university's Office of Technology Development and i2E, a state-funded not-for-profit agency, said Daniel Pullin, OU's vice-president for strategic planning and technology development. The OU department also is responsible for coordinating OU's efforts with the Norman Economic Development Coalition and the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.
