Tulsa history is marked by divides in its social fabrics; and the city has taken steps in the past to close divides with various programs and even requirements on city contractors. But one city councilor is questioning whether one such ordinance is doing its job.
Jack Henderson, District 3, brought forth a resolution that would do a disparate study regarding minority-owned businesses. The study is needed in order to help the city make Title V work, he said.See the full content of this document
