Outbound shipping at the Tulsa Port of Catoosa dropped 9.3 percent in the first quarter, far outweighing a 2.7-percent inbound- traffic hike. That left overall shipping down 4.8 percent, to 695,990 tons on 417 barges from 731,109 tons carried by 452 barges during the port's record first quarter of 2008.See the full content of this document
