More than five years after a river master plan was finalized and three years after a failed vote on Arkansas River development, Tulsa County commissioners and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers signed a cost-sharing agreement on Wednesday.
The ultimate development on the river will cost about $50 million. The agreement dedicates the first $4.5 million of that total.See the full content of this document
