Oklahoma Gas and Electric will be able to recover roughly $5 million for homeland security improvements to its infrastructure, according to a stipulated agreement the utility entered into with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and the Oklahoma Industrial Energy Consumers on Thursday.
The stipulating parties agree that the rate of return (ROR) component of the security rider shall be calculated using the 9.124 percent ROR stipulated to, reads the settlement agreement, with a resulting revenue requirement of about $5 million.See the full content of this document
