Journal Record Takes Top Honors From Oklahoma Press Association

Summary


The Journal Record on Friday was awarded its fifth consecutive Sequoyah Award by the Oklahoma Press Association during the annual Mid-Winter Convention 2010 OPA Better Newspaper Contest. The Sequoyah Award is given to the newspaper judges considered best in the state in its circulation category.

"This is truly an honor, to be recognized as the best by our own industry," said Journal Record Publisher Mary Melon.
