Developers have fewer new subdivisions in the works, which could be good news for home sellers.
According to a report issued Tuesday by Oklahoma County Assessor Leonard Sullivan, residential home values in the county are up only slightly since January, less than 1 percent. But a dearth of new plats could push existing home sales.See the full content of this document
