Osu-Tulsa Researcher Awarded Grants

Summary


Daryoosh Vashaee, a researcher at Oklahoma State University- Tulsa, has received two grants to support his project to develop nanotechnology to convert waste heat to energy.

Vashaee has been awarded a five-year, $700,000 grant from the Air Force Office of Scientific Research and a three-year, $200,000 grant from the National Science Foundation to perform research associated with thermoelectrics. Both grants will begin in September.
