We have a lot of red cedars in Oklahoma, and we've spent a lot of time trying to figure out what to do with the little suckers economically, said the owner of C-Anchor Shavings in Mooreland. A lot of people say we ought to eradicate them. But in the 50 or 60 years I've grown up around the red cedar, I don't think eradicating anything is necessarily a good idea, especially if it's got potential profit hidden in it.
