Michael A. Cawley has been appointed to the board of directors of the Oklahoma State Fair. He currently serves as a member of the Athletic Director Advisory Council and as chairman of the board of trustees of the University of Oklahoma Foundation. Cawley has been the president and chief executive officer of the Noble Foundation since 1992.

The board also re-elected Clayton I. Bennett, chairman of the Oklahoma State Fair Board of Directors; appointed Ronald J. Norick first vice chairman; re-elected G. Jeffrey Records Jr., treasurer; Tim O'Toole, president and general manager; and Angela McKinze will continue to serve as the corporate secretary.
