Tim "Beaux" Sisson would like to see Oklahoma City develop a well- grounded, earthy cupping environment.
"Oklahoma's coffee culture just hasn't reached the point in their appreciation yet to see coffee-tasting really take off," said the owner of The Buzz in downtown Oklahoma City.
