Oklahoma City Bankruptcy Judge Oks Deal Between Shepherd Mall Owners, Aol

An Oklahoma City bankruptcy judge has approved a settlement between the California owners of Shepherd Mall and AOL over the amount the Web service company should pay to exercise its right to terminate its lease of 80,000 square feet in the mall.

AOL moved out of the mall at Northwest 23rd Street and North Villa Avenue in December 2006, but the lease remained in place.
