Summary


The Oklahoma City Planning Commission deferred a decision Thursday on whether to rezone a large piece of property that would pave the way for a variety of commercial and recreational uses on the north side of Draper Lake.

The city of Oklahoma City's water and wastewater department requested the commission to approve rezoning nearly 3,000 acres of land that encompasses the north and northeast shores of the lake from AA agricultural, R-1 single-family residential and PUD-477 planned unit development district to the PUD planned unit development district.
