The Oklahoma City Urban Renewal and Redevelopment authorities both voted Wednesday to approve the financing package the city is putting in place to help aid the redevelopment efforts of the Skirvin Hotel in downtown.
According to the resolution that was presented during a special meeting, the city will fund $18.4 million of the projected total project cost of $46 million. The remaining money will be financed privately by the developers Skirvin Partners LLC, led by Irving, Texas-based Partners in Development.See the full content of this document
