Johnston Builders of Oklahoma City purchased three mini-storage facilities in Edmond for a total price of $8.2 million from Bill and Judy Howard, participants in the deal said this week.
The three facilities are located at 1008 Waterwood Parkway, 100 W. Danforth Road and 620 W. Edmond Road. The three properties represented a total of 1,517 units and 224,524 square feet. The units are comprised of regular, climate controlled and boat and RV parking.
