A deal to get Dell Computer to Oklahoma City could cost taxpayers an estimated $18 million, but even economic experts say that's a bargain.

According to an agreement with the world's largest computer maker approved Tuesday by the City Council, the incentive package that persuaded Dell to build a 120,000-square-foot call center here included 62 acres of land, up to $11.25 million in improvements and as much as $5.5 million in job-creation grants.
