Summary

Here's a nice way to spend an afternoon - visit the "Photo a Day" exhibit in the North Gallery on the first floor of the Oklahoma State Capitol. Tonkawa photographer Ken Crowder's pictures are in the exhibition titled "25 Days: Photographs of Oklahoma," which will be on view through Aug. 9. Admission is free to the gallery, which is open to the public daily from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Crowder learned black and white photography, film processing and printing from his father in the 1960s and continued his photographic education at Oklahoma State University and the U.S. Naval School of Photography. It is rare today to see him without his camera.
