Officials at Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA on Wednesday announced they were still discussing selling five hospitals, including Southwestern Medical Center in Lawton.
HCA in March announced plans to sell 10 hospitals, and on Wednesday indicated it had sold five of those to LifePoint Hospitals Inc. for about $285 million, plus working capital and assets worth about $45 million.See the full content of this document
