Many Worried About Foreclosure, but Doing Nothing

In today's tight economy, almost half of Americans are worried about losing their homes due to inability to pay their mortgage, but 39 percent of those with concerns have done nothing to address them, according to a new Harris Interactive poll conducted for the American Bar Association.

Even in Oklahoma, which has not been as hard hit economically as some states, foreclosures were up about 21 percent in April from the previous month, and up a whopping 59 percent over April 2007.
