Even though Vital Signs owner Justin Booher operates only 14 billboards in the Oklahoma City metro area, he said he didn't have much choice when it came to the risk of investing in an expensive digital billboard.
The programmable, eye-catching signs have made a big impact on the highway advertising market in just the last two years - industry giant Lamar Outdoor Advertising is leading the pack with 439 of its own nationwide, and the Outdoor Advertising Association of America anticipates seeing several hundred more each year for the foreseeable future.See the full content of this document
