The developer of a proposed resort community at Lake Eufaula has acquired more than 1,600 acres of land for the project.
Kirk Humphreys, chairman of Humphreys Real Estate Investments, introduced the plan in July for Carlton Landing, which would be built on 1,600 hilly, wooded acres in eastern Oklahoma. In addition to that land, the company has acquired an additional 180 acres.See the full content of this document
