Members of the Oklahoma State Board of Health stressed that all they were doing Thursday was approving how a new medical form looks and reads. They had nothing to do with the law that required that the form - the Parental Consent Form for a Minor Seeking Abortion - be created.
"This law is going to end up killing or seriously injuring some teenage girls," said board member Gordon Deckert, who was the only board member to speak against the new law at Thursday's meeting.See the full content of this document
