Kimberley D. Henry strongly believes that education is the foundation of our economy and our social structure. And as first lady of Oklahoma, she works hard to improve the quality of education for all children in the state, starting with day-care centers.
After graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in education, Henry began her career as an educator at Moore Public Schools. However, she spent most of her career teaching at her alma mater, Shawnee Public Schools, where she taught Oklahoma history, economics, government and Advanced Placement American History.See the full content of this document
