Energy Firm Plans New Plant in Shawnee

Summary


Vanguard Stimulation Services plans to build a gas and oil field services plant in Shawnee's Wolverine Industrial Park, company officials said Monday.

The total investment for the plant is expected to reach $65 million. Vanguard will have about 40 employees by June, a total of 70 by the end of 2008 and up to 350 by the end of the fifth year.
