Donor to Oklahoma County Commissioner's Election Campaign Pleads Guilty in Contributions Case

One of the donors in Oklahoma County Commissioner Brent Rinehart's election campaign has pleaded guilty in a case involving illegal contributions and has agreed to testify against the commissioner, Attorney General Drew Edmondson said Thursday.

Robert Larkin received a three-year deferred sentence and a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to one count of making a contribution to a political candidate in excess of $1,500, officials said. He will also pay court costs and a victim compensation assessment.
