After having experienced four straight years of near record- breaking sales activity in terms of units sold, Oklahoma City's apartment market could be headed for a slowdown in 2008 based on early sales activity.
Since the beginning of the year, there have been only two apartment sales of properties 30 units and above in size. Both sales occurred in January with the first being the $8.475 million purchase of the Spring Creek Apartments in Edmond.
