Commercial foreclosures have been a hot topic in Oklahoma City in recent weeks as a number of large properties have gone into receivership. Some in the industry are wondering if the national trend of increasing commercial foreclosures has finally caught up with Oklahoma City, but in looking at some of these recent foreclosures, many of them have unique circumstances that have caused their current predicament.
The most high-profile foreclosure in recent months was Crossroads Mall, whose leasing and management is now being handled by Price Edwards & Co. while the property is in receivership.
