Chesapeake Energy Reaches New Pact with Greystone Team

Summary


Just a few months after buying one company created by the team of Joe Bridges and Michael Geffert, Chesapeake Energy has signed a joint development agreement with the two men's newest business.

Bridges and Geffert used to head Greystone Petroleum, a company purchased by Chesapeake in May for $425 million. Greystone's biggest asset was a 16,100-gross-acre contiguous leasehold position over the crest of Sligo Field, located in Bossier Parish, La.
