Ceo of Tulsa-Based Semgroup Sees Future As Public Company

Summary


SemGroup President and Chief Executive Terrence Ronan hopes to see the embattled Tulsa energy firm emerge from bankruptcy as a new public company - perhaps as soon as the third quarter.

"It is anticipated the new company will have the flexibility to fund and conduct operations on a normalized basis without many of the constraints imposed on us by the bankruptcy," Ronan said in a letter to employees Monday.
