Looks can be deceiving. That phrase rings true when talking about the ongoing battle of Senate Bill 673. Even though the bill - which proposes that all real estate agents follow a standard set of rules and would eliminate limited-service brokerage firms - passed the state House of Representatives by a 92-5 vote Tuesday, the dispute is far from over.

The bill now goes to a conference committee where many believe it will falter.
