Nine months after the Downtown Tulsa Courtyard by Marriott opened in the Atlas Life Building, Broken Arrow developer SJS Hospitality has finally landed its first new retail tenant - a Supercuts franchise.

"They are going to try and hurry up," W3 Development broker Cecilia Wilkins said of their opening, projecting a mid-April launch for the men's and women's hair salon. "They want to be open as soon as possible."
