Before Mercy Memorial Health Center Chief Executive Officer Bob Thompson went to Ardmore citizens for contributions toward a $60 million patient tower, he looked them in the eye and asked what the hospital could do for them.
The answer was easy: get private rooms. The hospital will provide that luxury when it opens its patient tower in 2009. Plans are for 150 private rooms, along with a first-floor women's center and a new intensive care unit.See the full content of this document
